Dominique Navarro
Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor
Dominique is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who earned her degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wilmington University in 2015. Her therapeutic style is grounded in a client-centered approach, with a strong emphasis on evidence-based practices, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
Dominique specializes in working with adults through both individual and couples therapy. She is passionate about creating a supportive and collaborative space where clients feel empowered to explore, heal, and grow. Dominique views her role as a guide—helping clients develop the tools and confidence needed to navigate life’s challenges and move forward with purpose.

Shanez Jenkins
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Shanez Jenkins, LCSW-C is a licensed clinical social worker and board-certified social work supervisor, with a Master’s degree from Salisbury University (Class of 2013). She is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and has completed the Advanced Trauma I Treatment Certification through the Ferentz Institute.
Shanez brings a wide range of experience to her work, including school-based mental health and forensic mental health settings. She has worked closely with individuals seeking meaningful, lasting change and rebuilding supportive connections within their communities.
Shanez specializes in working with adolescents and adults navigating symptoms of PTSD, anxiety, and mood disorders. Her approach is centered on empowering clients to process past experiences and take meaningful steps toward healthier, more fulfilling lives.
In addition to her clinical work, Shanez serves on the Board of Directors for Mid Shore Behavioral Health, where she contributes to advancing access to quality mental health services in the community.

Julia Strong
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
Julia Strong is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Maryland, Baltimore, in 2009.
With a dedicated focus on adult mental health, Julia specializes in providing compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care to individuals navigating a wide range of mental health challenges. She is committed to building strong therapeutic relationships and delivering personalized, patient-centered treatment to support long-term well-being.

Brianna Jenkins
Administrative Assistant
Brianna is a dedicated Administrative Assistant who helps ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office. With a professional demeanor and a can-do attitude, she supports both staff and clients with scheduling, communication, and day-to-day administrative tasks. Her reliability and attention to detail make her a valuable part of the team.

Robin Jones
Billing/Insurance Coordinator
Robin is the Billing and Insurance Coordinator and an invaluable part of the team. She expertly manages all aspects of billing, insurance claims, and patient accounts with accuracy and care. Her attention to detail and deep understanding of insurance processes ensure smooth operations and peace of mind for both clients and staff.

Amanda Russell
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Amanda is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who graduated from the University of Maryland School of Social Work in 2007. Her therapeutic approach is rooted in a strengths-based, person-centered perspective, honoring each individual as the expert in their own life. Amanda is dedicated to walking alongside clients on their healing journey, helping them achieve their personal goals and foster lasting growth.
Currently, Amanda is a partner at Peace of Mind, where she oversees all clinical and administrative staff, ensuring the highest standards of care and organizational excellence.

Jay Siegman
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Jay graduated from Salisbury University in 2012 with a Master’s in Social Work. He retired as a Master Sergeant from the United States Air Force after 21 years of service as a firefighter. Following retirement, Jay sought a career that would allow him to apply the skills he developed in the military in a new and meaningful way. This led him to pursue Social Work at Salisbury University, where he earned his MSW.
Jay specializes in treating PTSD, anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and providing family and couples therapy.
He believes therapy is most effective when a warm, open, and trusting environment is established between client and therapist. He encourages an atmosphere of nonjudgmental curiosity, helping clients feel safe enough to explore whatever brings them to therapy. Jay is honored to support clients as they navigate the challenges, triumphs, tragedies, and joys that life presents.

Wala-Neh Labala
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Wala-Neh Labala, LCSW-C, is a Licensed Certified Social Worker–Clinical with over 20 years of experience in the mental health field. He holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Maryland School of Social Work, a Master of Divinity from Kairos University, and completed his doctoral academic program in Family Studies at Walden University.
With a unique specialization in the integration of body, mind, and spirit, Wala-Neh takes a holistic approach to healing, helping individuals, couples, and families achieve lasting wellness. His therapeutic work is grounded in a deep understanding of family dynamics and relationship systems, making him a trusted expert in family therapy and couples counseling.
Beyond traditional therapy settings, Wala-Neh has served as an expert witness in child custody and reunification cases, bringing his clinical expertise to the legal system. As an ordained minister, he offers Christian counseling, and as a certified health and nutrition life coach, he supports clients in developing healthy lifestyles that nurture both mental and physical well-being.
Wala-Neh is deeply committed to creating a safe, compassionate, and empowering environment where clients can heal, grow, and build stronger connections. He believes that true healing encompasses the whole person, and his integrative practice reflects this belief—honoring the complex interplay of emotional, spiritual, and physical health.

Kristy Peck Hill
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
Kristy Peck Hill is a compassionate and empathetic board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with a deep commitment to providing quality mental health care. She brings extensive experience in treating a wide range of psychiatric conditions across diverse patient populations.
Kristy is known for her strong clinical judgment, clear communication, and collaborative approach to care. Her practice is grounded in evidence-based treatment and a genuine dedication to patient well-being. With excellent documentation and problem-solving skills, Kristy works to create a supportive and effective environment for her patients’ healing and growth.

Kylie Mowbray

Kylie is the warm and welcoming face of the office, serving as the Administrative Assistant. Known for her friendly attitude and helpful nature, she ensures clients feel comfortable and supported from the moment they walk through the door or call in. Kylie plays a key role in keeping day-to-day operations organized and efficient, always ready to assist with a smile.

Amy Thomas
Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor
Amy Thomas is a dedicated mental health professional with over two decades of experience serving communities on Maryland’s Eastern Shore. She earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Loyola College in Baltimore in 2001. She began her career at Shore Health System, where she supported patients across all five floors of the hospital.
Since 2015, Amy has been a key provider at Peace of Mind Mental Health Services, specializing in the treatment of adults with chronic mental health conditions and addictions. She is especially passionate about helping clients understand and implement healthy boundaries and is known for offering each individual the validation and respect they deserve.
In recognition of her unwavering commitment and compassion, Amy was honored with the Caliber Award for Unsung Hero in 2025 by Mid-Shore Behavioral Health.

Karen Siegman
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Karen graduated from Delaware State College in 1998 with a Master’s in Social Work. She believes that therapy is rooted in the unique relationship that forms between the client and the therapist. Karen creates an environment grounded in authenticity, warmth, safety, and acceptance.
Together, you will explore ways of being that no longer serve you, while experimenting with new possibilities. Through a healing relationship, you’ll be supported in opening up in new and unexpected ways, as you navigate life’s sorrows, challenges, joys, and successes.
As an EMDR-trained therapist, Karen specializes in working with individuals experiencing grief, depression, and anxiety, offering a compassionate space for healing and growth.

Dr. Justin Wade
Psychiatrist
Dr. Justin Wade is a board-certified child and adolescent psychiatrist with over two decades of experience in the field. He earned his Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from Eastern Virginia Medical School – Hampton Roads in 2002.
Dr. Wade specializes in the psychiatric care of children, adolescents, and adults, with a particular focus on individuals with developmental delays and autism spectrum disorders. His compassionate, individualized approach to care has made him a trusted provider for families seeking mental health support.
He is a partner at Peace of Mind, where he also serves as the Medical Director. In this role, he oversees all prescribing clinical staff, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based treatment for every patient.

Leslie Fox
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
Leslie Fox is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) who earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, in 2017.
She specializes in adult mental health and is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care tailored to each individual's needs. Leslie’s practice emphasizes trust, collaboration, and holistic support for her patients' well-being.
In 2024, Leslie was recognized for her outstanding contributions to the field with the Excellence in Nursing Award for Advanced Practice and Behavioral Health.

Lisa Wielgosz
Administrative Supervisor
Lisa is the Administrative Supervisor and the organizational backbone of the team. She expertly manages client and staff scheduling, ensuring that daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. With strong organizational skills and a calm, solutions-focused approach, Lisa keeps everything on track so that both clients and providers can focus on what matters most—quality care.
